Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not upload content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Properly attribute content when you are not the original creator

4. Content Policy

All content must be appropriately rated (E, PG, PG-13, R, or X). Content that is not originally created by the uploader must include proper attribution to the original creator with a link to the source material.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Content creators are responsible for the content they upload and must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions. Creators must accurately rate their content and provide attribution when required.

6. Monetization

Creators may earn revenue through tips and channel subscriptions.

Prohibited Monetization

Monetization features — including tips and channel subscriptions — are strictly prohibited for any content that falls into the following categories. Attempting to earn revenue from such content will result in immediate suspension of monetization privileges and may lead to permanent account termination:

• Adult / Sexually Explicit Content: Any content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, or intended to arouse, regardless of the content rating assigned. This includes nudity presented in a sexual context.
• Hateful or Violent Content: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
• Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights Infringement: Content that unlawfully reproduces, distributes, or exploits the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party, including trademarks, trade secrets, or proprietary software, without appropriate authorization.
• Copyright-Infringing Content: Content that reproduces, redistributes, or monetizes copyrighted material (including music, film, TV, books, artwork, or other media) without the express permission of the rights holder or a valid license.
• Violent Extremism: Content that promotes, supports, glorifies, or recruits for terrorist organizations, extremist ideologies, or acts of mass violence, including content produced by or on behalf of designated terrorist groups.

THE BLOCK reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or permanently forfeit any earnings associated with content determined to violate these prohibitions, at its sole discretion.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE BLOCK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
